Awesome Jeep - Awesome service When it came time to replace my 2007 Jeep, I searched the internet for the same model but newer (used) but with a lot less miles than my old Jeep (25 When it came time to replace my 2007 Jeep, I searched the internet for the same model but newer (used) but with a lot less miles than my old Jeep (250, 000 miles). I found a 2015 Jeep with 12,000 miles and contacted Bonneville. My salesman, Rick Goulette, was very knowledgeable about the 2015 Jeep its features, car history, car fax, financial options in case I decided to buy it and answered all my questions. Rick set up a test drive for next night on my way home from work and even came in on his day off for my convenience. When I got there, he met me outside to show me the car and some of its features. The car was ready to go, the paperwork was a breeze. Before I left in my new(er) car, he again went over some of the features I might need on my way home. Next day, when I called with questions on registering a new car, Rick was right there with the answers. Even my dog liked Rick. Making an accident easier My car was totalled and I called Bonneville among other dealers to start looking for a car. My salesman's name was Matt and he was extremely helpful My car was totalled and I called Bonneville among other dealers to start looking for a car. My salesman's name was Matt and he was extremely helpful at a time that I had no plans to look for a car other than the fact that my car was totalled in an accident. I told him what my price range was and that I would need to wait for the insurance check. Salesman at other dealers were pressuring me to come in and I did and drove several cars. One dealer demanded I pay for the car through financing then "pay myself back" when the check came in to get the deal he was offering or it was off the table. Matt was the only salesman who didn't call immediately pushing what he wanted to sell me but rather with a car that was in my price range, had the things I wanted and worked with me to pay for the car in the way I wanted to. It wasn't even a car I necessarily would have considered but I am extremely happy with the purchase. Great experience! More

We all know that feeling you get when buying a car.... like you're being taken advantage of, I never felt that with Rick or anyone I met while buying this vehicle. More
