I have dealt with a lot of sales people in my days and not one of them ever really listens to you, they are more concerned with trying to get you to spend more money than you want, which is exactly what I experienced before coming to Bonneville and Son. Even when I chose an SUV that was slightly more than I wanted to spend, Louie actually asked me if I was sure that this is what I wanted because of the fact that it was a little more and still showed me one more option that was below my price range. A sales person not pushing you to spend more money... that is unheard of!!! THANK YOU Louie for listening to me! Got a great deal on a beautiful used Car! Three weeks ago my daughter 17 year old daughter bought her first Car. Since she is responsible for making all payments we were looking for something both very affordable and reliable....after hitting a few of the smaller used car lots we decided to stop at Boneville. Didn't really think they would have anything in her price range, but Mike Parola took the time to show us a few cars that were bought at auction and were considered "keepers" to resell. He ran the carfax, gave us both pros and cons on each car, pointed out things that needed to be fixed....no pressure, just honest advise and sent us out to test drive them. 3 days later she picks up her car and it looks like BRAND NEW...we even asked to have our mechanic check it out, Mike said sure, and put it up on the lift...Our Mechanic was impressed, Everything they said they'd do, they did. We would definitely recommend going back to Bonneville, very nice experience! More
