He worked with the finance guy (sorry -- I don't remember his name) in order to helped me afford an extended warranty! In fact, the van Rick helped me replaced was the original 1997 Dodge Grand Caravan my dad bought in 1997 (which I sold to a friend who tinkers with cars.) Ron the Service Technician (ask Rick for his last name) is truly the *Alpha Male* of the shop; since my "new" 2014 is a former commercial vehicle with almost 120,000 miles it had some issues, -- and one in particular that wouldn't go away no matter what he did. He contacted the manufacturer, ordered replacement parts, installed them as Dodge prescribed, and then contacted Dodge again. As a former IT troubleshooter for 15 years, I KNEW Ron could get to the bottom of the puzzle with enough patience and persistence. And... he... did it! More

From the moment I entered the dealership Michael was outstanding in his approach to finding a vehicle that met our needs. What we were looking for wasn't available the day I visited the dealership, but within a couple of days he followed up and told us there was a Jeep we could come take a look at. We purchased the Jeep and he went the extra mile to make sure the vehicle was in great working condition prior to us driving it off the lot. We love it and will definitely recommend Michael to others. We also had the pleasure of working with Rob Hemond and Kelly during this transaction and they were both fantastic. This was the third vehicle we purchased through Bonneville and Sons, this was our best experience so far. More

Buyer Beware My experience with Gary started off very good, but after purchasing my car quickly went bad. Gary told me the car had many features that in reality i My experience with Gary started off very good, but after purchasing my car quickly went bad. Gary told me the car had many features that in reality it didn't have and then began denying that he said it. Prior to buying the car he even "showed" me how to set up the various option. He thought he was being generous by offering me his personal Bluetooth (one of the options he said the car had, but later tried denying it) when I said I am not going to take his Bluetooth he thought he was giving me a deal saying they would install it for me, but the cost to me would be over $500. When I said no to that he said they would do it for cost, but never gave me a price. I once again said that I am not paying extra for something I was told came with the car. When I pointed out something else I was told the car had and half shown how to install it ( I didn't have my phone cord with me) Gary never responded. It is apparent Gary did not know this car well and is not accepting responsibility for misleading me and buyer should be aware. Make sure everything he says the car is equipped with really works!! More
