Great vehicle, Fair price, Excellent service! I found the vehicle in question posted through GEICO's car buying service website. Through this I reached out to Bonneville & Son and was put in touch I found the vehicle in question posted through GEICO's car buying service website. Through this I reached out to Bonneville & Son and was put in touch with Vedran. He was courteous, helpful, friendly; and exceptionally down to earth. Our communications were as though we were friends shooting the breeze; this was likely helped by us being close to the same age & of a similar mindset. Despite being so young he told me he's been there 8 years, and it's clear why; he's a natural at this not as a pushy salesmen, but as someone that can connect with the customer and make them comfortable. He was informative and professional in his job; but unlike many other dealers/car salesmen, he was patient and NOT pushy. He knew I was coming in for a test drive one evening but was very delayed by traffic. He patiently waited well past his normal work time so I could sneak in that test drive; and we had no rush. He was perfectly fine staying until I was all set. Any car salesman wants your business, but unlike with others I didn't feel any sort of obligation. Aside from wanting the car which was obviously a quality product, it made me feel good to purchase because when you're treated well you WANT to give someone your business. Vedran earned my business. Upon the final signing he led me through each document and piece of paperwork step by step. The overall experience was excellent and I would keep both this dealership & Vedran personally in mind again should I need to shop for another vehicle, or to help a friend find one. As a sidenote, his coworker, Eleni was also available to help me when I randomly popped back in for another look. She happily and patiently waited for me to check out the vehicle again and when I decided to buy she got the process started for me and did what she could to have that process be quick and swift for me; and she made sure to give Vedran the credit for the sale which spoke well to how the industry of car sales has the reputation of being. I still smile every time I get in this car and am grateful for my experience here for it. More
Bad sales practices My daughter went in to buy a car and found one that she liked was dealing with a salesman named Will and texted him this morning that she would be in My daughter went in to buy a car and found one that she liked was dealing with a salesman named Will and texted him this morning that she would be in today to put a deposit on it after she got out of work. They were texting all day and he clearly knew that she would be in. She was paying cash and just needed to wait for her insurance check to clear today. He sold that car on her 10 minutes before she got there. She went up there anyway and both the salesman and manager told her to bad. In what way is that to do business. I will be sure to let everyone know how awful they are to do business. It will be posted anywhere that I can. I know people who are a little more affluent than us and all they do is make a phone call and their car will be held for them. More

Jeep Surprise! My wife Allie has been wanting a Jeep for years and finally we made the decision to get one. We selected Bonneville & Son originally since their loca My wife Allie has been wanting a Jeep for years and finally we made the decision to get one. We selected Bonneville & Son originally since their location was convenient and they deal with Jeeps! However we stayed with them for much more as they were professional, courteous and fun to talk too! It all started with Todd Oswald, Sales representative. I was there one Sunday afternoon with my son and Todd Oswald saw he and I just looking around. Then he decided to come up to me, introduced himself and shook our hands. All he said after this interaction was just look around and if something you see or "feel" has you curious, let me know. I liked that. Todd did not jump on us at all or pressure us in anyway. Actually he did the complete opposite. One thing he did add was if you wanted to test drive anything or go to the Jeep terrain park, just let him know. That was real cool! JEEP cool! This type of approach Todd took is rare with sales people which I know is cliche. So rare that we made the decision on the spot to get the Jeep. Of course we made it a family decision as I called my wife and other children to come check it out. Allie test drove it and was hooked! Man were the kids happy and surprised! The paperwork process was fast and easy as well..no haggling, no frustration..just smooth. Bottom line is Todd was awesome and made the experience and decision easy! I would refer him and Boneville to my friends and acquaintances looking for their Jeep experience in their lives! I look forward to building a long term relationship with Todd and team. Haven't driven in New England for a while, and living on a mountain, I was worried about a car in the snow. Todd brought me to the thrill hill and showed me what their keeps can do! Back at the dealership, Jake helped me understand he process and was super friendly. And lastly, Rob who helped me get the financing for my first car, regardless of my credit. I got to know them all well, and they are very caring. Not pushy at all and understanding. Will be back for my next car in the future! More
