Smooth and exciting! I first spoke to Vedran about coming in to look at vehicles. He was extremely polite and informative. She was going to assist me with the finalization of the paperwork due to Vedran being on vacation. Eleni was amazing! She was so friendly and informative and made the process so smooth.
