Unexpected Buying Experience I had been dealing with the Dodge Dealer in Concord for many years and totally expected to buy my 2016 Ram there....however they did not have the mode I had been dealing with the Dodge Dealer in Concord for many years and totally expected to buy my 2016 Ram there....however they did not have the model/ color that I wanted. I did some searching and thought that I was going to Bonneville just to look at the color that I wanted. ( still expecting to deal w/ Concord) . Enter , Todd Oswald. Todd is one of the most pleasant Salesman that I have ever dealt with. He invited us in ( Here we go , I thought) , but what followed was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. We looked over some trucks that day and left. A few days later Todd Left a voicemail about how he wanted Bonneville to be our dealer. A few days later, He left a another message with a price that was lower than what the Concord Dealer was offering...for the same truck ( that they would bring in ) . Called up Todd about 6Pm, Headed to Manchester and got to feel the Bonneville Advantage. Todd & Ron made the buying experience very easy . Took my new 2016 Longhorn Limited home that night. Eleni and Bonneville found the exact Wrangler I wanted! I was in contact with a number of local Jeep dealerships and Eleni was the only one able to obtain a Wrangler for a test drive that was similar to wha I was in contact with a number of local Jeep dealerships and Eleni was the only one able to obtain a Wrangler for a test drive that was similar to what I wanted to buy.
