Staff was great and very welcoming, no hack "Car salesman" pressure and very easy to negotiate. We reached a very fair deal that worked great for our situation. Great Experience After leaving another dealership and have a sour taste in our mouths, we went over to Bonneville, and found Mike. He was great, did not give us the n After leaving another dealership and have a sour taste in our mouths, we went over to Bonneville, and found Mike. He was great, did not give us the normal sales "talk" but really wanted to know what we were looking for, and how he could make our experience better. We had our 16 month old daughter with us, and Mike offered her a Teddy Bear, which she accepted. All the Sales people did not have a problem with a her running around the showroom while my husband test drove a Jeep. When I got back from my test drive, I found my daughter sitting with Mike and coloring. Anytime she asked to be picked up, Mike picked her up, and talked with her as well. It was great seeing this. That day we did not end up buying a Jeep, but I was comfortable with leaving my number with Mike, and telling him to be on the lookout for us. And he was great and letting me know what they had in stock. This past Sunday, we went back and bought the Jeep we were looking through. Mike was great through the whole process, even with my numerous questions, and talking price, and trade in value. While buying a car is normally stressful, Mike, myself and my husband were laughing away. If you are looking for a Jeep or used Jeep, I recommend finding Mike Duval, and getting a Jeep through him. He will make it a fun experience. More
