As this is the second vehicle he has personally found for me, and likely the 7th or 8th he has found for my family, I can honestly say that I continue to be a satisfied returning customer. No dealership is without its issues but over the last 12+ years my family and I have relied on the honesty and integrity of this establishment. A bad experience 3 years ago sent us temporarily looking else where but Tom and the staff have adequately dealt with the issues we experienced and have proved to me that my (and my family's) loyalty has not been misplaced.
