Perry, in "Express Service' led me to John Berry, General Mgr. as I wanted to tell him what a 'Great Asset' Perry is! A recent 'minor recall' to my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee caused me to return for service. A lack of communication, led to a meeting with Bryan Forbes, Service Mgr. Problem solved! I purchased my Jeep from Mike Raymond, who is 'Second To None', Nation-wide, 'In my opinion'! (and I suspect: I'm Not Alone!) He is not only perceptive to my needs, at the time of sale, but, he 'goes to bat' on my behalf, long after the sale! More

Great experience and made things move quickly We should up at 6:30 with an unregistered car for trade in and needed to leave with a new car. Rick made it happen along with everyone in the dealersh We should up at 6:30 with an unregistered car for trade in and needed to leave with a new car.
