Both Rick and Ron Nowe and Tom, the financial manager(?), made us feel welcomed. Rick listened closely to all that we said. I would say that he went beyond what would be expected of a salesperson, explaining carefully the philosophy of the dealership, answering all of our questions, showcasing the dealership, and in general, making this among my best experiences at a dealership in 40+ years. We were pleased with how smoothly changes were made and accepted throughout the experience as we moved through the transaction. Listened to what I Wanted . . . Had done my research before I entered so I knew what I wanted. Had a budget. I love the Town & country for my present and future volunteering projects and runs to the recycling center! The stow seats in the vans now are much easier to 'stow' compared to the older vans. Rick Goulette listened when the new Dodge did not 'fit' my height. He immediately found the Town & Country whose seats power adjust and the rest of my list and stayed within my budget. This is the 4 th or 5th car we have bought from Bonneville. As long as this service continues, this family will continue to purchase the cars from Bonneville. Our daughter is the 3rd generation to own a car from Bonneville. My brother-in-law who made these cars and retired from Chrysler still buys his cars in Ohio. Thanks again for your service!
