My Sales Associate Rick Goulette was very helpful and knew everything there was to know about the wide variety of options for Jeeps and I never felt like he was trying to do what's best for him but really cared about what my needs were and listened to what I wanted in my next car. Ron Nowe the sales Manager also was very helpful and made the process quick an easy from start to finish and they gave me an excellent deal that was actually below my budget. I will definitely be recommending Bonneville to my friends and family. I have always wanted a Jeep and now I am the proud owner of one! I love my new Jeep!! More

I had a list of priorities and a budget to stick to. I joked to my mom about which salesperson would be brave enough to step forward and who would run in the other direction when they saw us. I was exhausted and feeling defeated after an unsuccessful day of car shopping at other places. That all changed the second I stepped foot inside Bonneville and Son! I was greeted by Tom Beaudin. I had never met Tom before this day and yet in just a couple of hours he went from being a stranger, to a salesman, to a friend, and then to feeling like part of my family. Not only did he help us find the perfect caravan to fit our family’s needs, but he did everything a person could possibly do to help us feel at home during our time spent there. When it came time for pricing negotiations, I was nervous that this amazing experience was going to be over and that the vehicle I had set my sights on was going to be beyond my budget and out of my reach. This was, in my past experiences, the most painful part of car shopping. Just when I thought my heart was about to sink, and the numbers could never align to where I needed them to be, Mr. Ed Bonneville himself came over to reassure me that he was going to make sure I left that dealership not only with the vehicle I wanted, but as part of the Bonneville Family. Remembering that moment even now brings tears of happiness to my eyes. I wasn’t a high-end executive who walked in with a checkbook and an eye for the most expensive vehicle on the lot; I was a Mom on a limited budget in need of a new car to safely drive my kids where they needed to be. Tom and Mr. Bonneville (as my kids refer to them now) were men of their words. I left there the proud owner of a new 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan and just as promised, it was within my budget. This dealership cares about the customers that walk through their door. The staff members (whether it be the salesman that greets you, the finance manager that helps make that vehicle affordable, the floor manager who sits in the car with you after you’ve purchased your vehicle and sets up your bluetooth device for you, or the owner who makes himself available with a reassuring handshake and a welcoming heart) are all top notch! Words cannot even express how amazing the staff is at Bonneville and Sons. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest place to do business. More

I know I can be a difficult buyer due to being a car buff and a mechanical engineer but Dan was great to work with. I had lots of questions related to the type of 4 wheel drive system installed in this vehicle because there are 3 to 4 different types of 4X4 systems that Jeep has for this make, model and year vehicle. Dan answered all of my questions and then actually showed me a video/audio showing and describing the technical aspect of this type of 4X4 system. He got all the necessary paperwork, financing information, warranty info and even set up an appointment for a recall item that I noticed and inquired about. I thought I'd be referred to the service dept. for this but Dan set this up too. It was great experience buying a vehicle from Dan at Bonneville. Thanks. More

After visiting a handful of other dealers I did a search on line and PRESTO, found one at Bonneville. Vedran quickly called me, told me about the vehicle and also about other options on the lot. The process from there on out was smooth and pleasurable. Vedran was knowledgeable about all the choices, and encouraged me to drive different models to really be sure about my choice. We ended up with the Patriot that I originally had my eye on, and from the moment I saw it online until making my decision, Vedran kept the car ready for me and facilitated all of the necessary steps. Vedran made the process easy and matter of fact, and honestly...fun! He truly loves what he does and is good at it, and it shows. For me, I like that I started the process virtually, and that the process itself was just as streamlined for people like me, who like efficiency and research is important.
