Great Experience I went to Bonneville to find a new Jeep Cherokee Limited and was initially looking at gas Jeeps. I was informed but the sales person (who was amazing I went to Bonneville to find a new Jeep Cherokee Limited and was initially looking at gas Jeeps. I was informed but the sales person (who was amazing and helpful BTW) informed me of the benefits of going with a diesel engine instead and once I was explained this I was sold! Long story short, the process was simple (even with trading in a car), easy, fast and informative. I was able to test drive the Jeep and have a little fun in the snow to test the 4WD and next thing I know I am driving away with my new Jeep. I could not be happier. Bought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bonneville today. Eleni, Vedran and Ron went above and beyond in my quest of finding the Jeep/features I was looking for finding the best car for me personally, features, color everything is perfect. With my having cervical spinal fusions/chronic back pain/upcoming surgeries, I needed some safety features such as rear back up camera and other features that I didn't have in my old car as well as comfortable seating that had lumbar support and the rear power gate. This vehicle has all of that and then some. Every employee we walked by, or worked with, were so welcoming and I didn't feel pressured whatsoever. You'd think we were family members of theirs, that's how pleasant everyone was. In driving the Jeep around after we picked it up, it is truly a beautiful car, the best! The features are insanely cool. I can't thank them enough. More

Vedran my sales person was AMAZING!!! Unfortunately, when we test drove the certified preowned car the night before, we found something minor that needed t my sales person was AMAZING!!! Unfortunately, when we test drove the certified preowned car the night before, we found something minor that needed to be fixed before coming back the next day to pick up the vehicle. We left the message with another sales rep (Vedran was not there that eve) and the message did not get passed on. Although it delayed the sale, Vedran did hand deliver it to me at work the next day...in Lebanon!!! They could use some more finance people I think. Waited a long time to talk to J to do the paperwork. He was very pleasant and helpful though once I got to talk to him. I LOVE MY JEEP PATRIOT!!!!! More
