I came in because my check engine light was on. I was then told that my car needed multiple other services and should have had them taken care of a while ago. I come in for regular oil changes and other then told that my car needed multiple other services and should have had them taken care of a while ago. I come in for regular oil changes and other services and was never told about these services that needed to be done. When I asked why these services were not mentioned at any of my previous visits, the the service worker responded "I don't know, but they are in your owners manual". I felt that it was an incredibly rude comment and did not make me feel like a valued customer. More

I strongly recommend to never buy a vehicle from Boucher GMC in waukesha! Cause what happens is you will think you have bought a top of the line Acadia Denali but only all the options u got will only work i GMC in waukesha! You still have to pay for everything even though gmc doesn’t deliver. I’m a professional plumber and I equate this to me installing a brand new faucet but it only works sometimes. Nobody would put up with that. Why should a brand new $60k suv be any different?Boucher passes the buck to GMC headquarters and then gmc headquarters passes the buck and blame rite back to them so in the end the working man gets screwed with a lemon vehicle. GMC your customer service is absolutely horrible. No wonder I’ve always bought Honda’s. This is supposed to be our dream vehicle instead it’s a huge nightmare that will never end More

My 2015 Gmc truck with certified warranty has been the worst vehicle purchase ever. I’ve had it for 9 months now and have replaced front rotors and brakes. My horrible customer service started back in 1982 when I bought my first car, I picked out a Pontiac at one of the Boucher dealers then on the way home I spotted a Ford Mustang at another Boucher Dealer. I bought my first car, I picked out a Pontiac at one of the Boucher dealers then on the way home I spotted a Ford Mustang at another Boucher Dealer. I decided I would rather purchase this car, the first Boucher dealer would not give me my deposit back, my fathers attorney contacted Boucher and I finally got my $400 back. I still purchased a Boucher vehicle even though I received poor customer service because I wanted that mustang. Jumping ahead, 2016 was the first time I stepped back into a Boucher dealer because they had the GMC Denali Acadia that my wife wanted. The customer service at Boucher has not improved since 1982 that is for sure. I have had nothing but issues with the service dept, not to mention your on-line scheduling system is worthless. When I have an appt time at a certain time, I expect my vehicle to be serviced at that time, not sit in the drive thru for nearly an hour. The communication from the service advisors is; none. I purchased a service plan when I purchased my Denali, I was told this plan was only good at your location. After numerus horrible experiences with your service dept, I stopped by the Ewald dealer where I have purchased all my other vehicles since 1982 and they said they would honor the service contract. I also stopped by a mechanic I use for other vehicles I own and I was told none of the issues that Boucher said I needed fixed on my Denali need fixing, just a tire out of balance. I will never step foot in a Boucher dealer again, nor will my family members. Shape up Boucher! More
