They did a great job at fixing my tire that had a nail in it. However, my wheel lock is missing and nobody seems to want to take responsibility. Boucher is the only place that has ever worked on my vehicle since it was purchased, so I'm not certain where it would have gone. I just want it replaced More

Himmy contacted me first thing on a Monday morning after requesting a test drive over the previous weekend. I had set up a test drive for Wednesday morning, however, I was in the area on Tuesday and stopped in and Himmy was able to spend time with me and take me for a test drive. Himmy was very informative and made it easy to make a deal for a new 2024 Tucson Hybrid. I picked up my new vehicle the following morning. Himmy had the vehicle read and the process to deliver the vehicle and work with the finance people took less than an hour. Very efficient process.
