Everyone was great. Mike, the tech, performed major surgery on my car, replacing the steering rack, hydraulic lines and even the transmission line, all of which had succumbed to road salt. The Infiniti surgery on my car, replacing the steering rack, hydraulic lines and even the transmission line, all of which had succumbed to road salt. The Infiniti drives like a brand new car. Kudos to Christpher Resa; he is an outstanding service manager that represents the company well and has always gone out of his way to help me and my family. Thanks again, Chris. More
Mike Garrett is the best. I gave him my price range, the make, model and year I was looking for in an email because I live about an hour away I even gave him a color that I wanted. Within an hour, he messaged me back that he had found my car. Went there the next day and made my purchase with absolutely no problems. I love it. I found a scape mark on its bumper when I test drove it and they said they would get that out for me as part of the contract. They couldnt get it out, so they are replacing the whole bumper! I am so impressed and happy! More

The service center was professional. Addressed my issues and questions relatively quickly. The 2016 vehicle had a known harness issue with the driver heated seat and I was told to contact Nissan corporate d and questions relatively quickly. The 2016 vehicle had a known harness issue with the driver heated seat and I was told to contact Nissan corporate directly to communicate my concern for the high-priced repair. Although outside of miles warranty - the heated seat was only used a total of 24 months over the 4 years (given the cold season). The service team was helpful enough, however I would have appreciated the dealer shop to run this down on my behalf with the manufacturer since this is seemingly a known component issue. It seems like something that should fall under policy on a 4 year old vehicle given the faulty part was sourced by the manufacturer and has experienced this issue with other vehicles. More
