Fast and Easy As soon as I walked in, Trey greeted me with a smile and got right to work on finding me a new car. George went over various payment options and helped me find the right one for me. I never once felt pressured to go with anything I didn't feel comfortable with. Squeaky Lexus Nightmare I had an oil change and told them @ a squeaky sound. Left car on Wednesday all day for a 9:30 appt. Went to pick up car Wednesday afternoon and was to I had an oil change and told them @ a squeaky sound. Left car on Wednesday all day for a 9:30 appt. Went to pick up car Wednesday afternoon and was told still being g worked on and radiator was cracked. Was never noticed during oil change as noted in papers I was given. Left car there all day Rhursfay and Friday(they gave me a rental).Went to pick up car Friday and was told still squeaking, but could hear it with a “stethoscope”.I brought car home and was squeaking again. Called and told me to bring it in on Monday,they thought it was another issue related to serpentine belt.Brought car in Monday and when “mechanic” was done, car was still squeaking. Was given another rental car and was told they are going to fixit. I am not happy at all, the squeaking should of been resolved after my $581 repair for serpentine belt.I hope it gets fixed and has someone repair it that knows what they’re doing😡 More

But the experience of buying the car at Bourne’s was indescribable. Tori was the warm and professional person that walked us through the process start to finish George, the finance professional, completed the deal with us, like we were old friends for ,whom he wanted to go the distance. All in all, I’d say, the people at Bourne’s were the ones who really went great lengths for us! More
