Great purchasing experience! I had the MOST pleasant experience at Bourne's Auto Center! From the first initial email I received from Caroline, who answered all of my questions qu I had the MOST pleasant experience at Bourne's Auto Center! From the first initial email I received from Caroline, who answered all of my questions quickly and nicely, to Amy who was filling in for Caroline the next day and also answered all my questions, to Trey (aka the most awesome salesperson ever), to Shawn in Finance, I was blown away by how great everyone was. Everyone there is so friendly! Tori at the front desk was funny and helpful and she got me connected quickly with Trey who never once made me feel pressured to buy the car. He was helpful and kind, and funny, and I am so happy to have met him and to have him help me with a process I normally dread. He, quite frankly, is a gem in the world of car salesmen. Loved him! I am extremely happy with what I got for my trade-in, the purchase price of the vehicle, and the fact that they got me a lower interest rate for my financing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! In fact, my husband, who has bought all of his cars at the Herb Chambers Lexus said that he will go there when he needs to buy his next car. For this reason I made Bournes my top choice in search of a vehicle for me. I was met with a friendly smile from Jose Garcia in sales. Jose was very informative in answering my questions and providing me options in my vehicle search. We found the perfect vehicle for me, and Jose was fair in working the deal with the upmost integrity and professionalism. I next met with Carlos Machado in Finance. Carlos provided me "no stress" Finance options, and thoroughly explained extended protection programs as well. Carlos in no way persuaded me into anything unwanted, however he was well versed and a true professional in presenting options to me that made sense. When stopping by I had 4 cars in mind to drive with no intent to purchase that day. Well after driving and having an acceptable trade in price what were we waiting for but to drive home in a beautiful vehicle.The vehicle was for my wife and she couldn’t be happier.The vehicle was at a great price with absolutly no pressure and I mean “no pressure” , compared to other dealers.I dealt with salesperson Jose whom I highly recommend and will puchase again with him in the future . He was honest and accomodating . We decided to purchase and completed the deal which was by the way very easy and seamless. I also have to add the detailer Jose turned our beautiful car into an absolutely band new looking vehicle.My wife couldn’t have been more pleased!The financing aspect with Sean was easy and seamless , he was able to obtain the payment that we desired .I purchased a Vehicle here for my wife 10 years ago , the vehicle was still driving and very reliable .She had encountered a bad accident in which the vehicle was considered totalled . I had researched the Internet as well as dealerships to replace her vehicle and it all brought me back to Bournes .Purchasing a vehicle at Bournes gives the customer a big advantage in owning a newer vehicle that is dependable ,clean and in like new condition without the “brand new “ sticker shock.I cannot stress on how easy it was for this big decision most of us make from salesperson to financier to detailing!
