Ryan, I am incredibly disappointed we were unable to earn your business. Our team processed your refund on Monday per your request. When we emailed you understood that 2:00 on Saturday is our busiest time of the week and we cannot control people who just show up without an appointment. We do our best to balance all of that while attending to every customers needs and get them in and out within a timely fashion. Thanks for the reply. I have no issues with business being busy. It was how I was treated when I asked for a refund, and then the girl calling me personally after this review was posted and threatening me. That is where my issue is. Customer service goes a long way and that clearly did not happen here.
