Steve Tobey is an outstanding saleman My wife and I both purchased Jeeps at Bournival. She purchased at new Cherokee in May of this year and I purchased a used 2015 Compass in November. When my wife purchased hers the salesman never really explained how all the options worked and to this day we are still trying to figure them out. When I went back in November my Saleman Steve Tobey sold us the Compass. One of the reasons that I bought this is because Steve know's everything about Jeeps. I not sure all saleman that are selling these Jeeps really know how all the options work but if they don't they need crosstraining on how the options work. Steve took the time and explained every option in my Compass and is a very good communicator. He pays attention to detail and explains options in simple terms. When I told him what happened he told my wife Dot that he will shedule an appointment and explain every option to her. With this experience I needed to write this review because Steve not only sells Jeeps but makes the experience worth going back. Thanks Again Steve Tom/Dot More

Within the warranty period, the car developed a problem that could not have been found by the mechanics prior to the sale. Jessica and the Bournival team repaired the vehicle and fully honored the Bournival comprehensive warranty, which is the best that I’ve seen!
