When my wife started looking for a new SUV; we visited all the major brands and area dealers. We were amazed at the inventory at Bozard. Much more to choose from than the other dealers and brands. We took about 3 weeks and came back to Bryan Griggs and he quickly accommodated us. Unlike other sales associates who hounded us several times a day; Bryan simply said I’m here if you have any questions and I’ll wait for your decision. Once my wife said it’s the Bronco at Bozard, our deal was handled quickly and professionally. I would also shout out Ricky Bobbie, I mean Ricky Dotson😎, the finance man. Great job guys. Sometimes a dealership will get it right once, maybe twice. But when a dealership consistently produces great results for their customers time and time again, it’s a sign that they are of a class above all else.
