The purchase process was easy and the attention given was great. After purchase attention was non-existent. Apparently once you purchase you are not longer important. I emailed and called with questions about the vehicle (issues regarding tires and rough idling). No return email or call. This is a blue certified vehicle. I was dismayed to see the vehicle I traded in and received $6500 for, was then listed online at Bozard in less than 12 hours for $15,500! More
