Don't let them lie to you and claim they are any different than any other shady dealership out there. They are all smiles with great service in the beginning until you sign and drive away in the car different than any other shady dealership out there. They are all smiles with great service in the beginning until you sign and drive away in the car. 30 day 1,000 mile used car warranty is how they sell you, but 20 days later when I have an issue it isn't covered, after waiting 3 days to even get a call back. They tell you in the beginning they are a family dealership and always want to make it right by the customers, but when your not happy with the end result they act like they did you a favor. Do yourself a favor and find a different dealership to buy a car from. Unless you want to feel cheated after buying a car. I will be a life long detractor of this business and will do everything in my power to tell everyone I know or people I meet to stay away from this dealership. I just removed all dealer advertising stickers from the car because I won't be responsible for one other person going to this place. I truly HATE BOZARD FORD!!! More

Our Ford Explorer was taking to Bozard for a new transmission the week of 01/18/2021. While the car was there, I worked with Mary Lata and Dawn McStine. Both of these ladies were very professional, know their information and kept us up to date on the status of our vehicle. A few days after we picked up the car, the service engine light came on. We contacted Mary and she told us to come by to diagnose the problem. When my wife arrived Mary and the tech was waiting outside and they had the diagnosed the reason for the check engine light within minutes. We live in Orange Park and it is about a 45 minutes drive to Bozard but for any future repairs, I will be bringing my car back to Bozard. In the near future, we will be looking at getting a new vehicle and there is only 1 Ford Dealership that I will go to and that is Bozard. Thank you Mary and Dawn for all your help and service. More

Great initial service, but once car was sold and delivered you are forgotten. They delivered it to GA from FL in a very timely manner. I asked about an extended warranty, no follow up.
