He was never pushy, gave us the info we wanted and we were sold that first day we walked in! We designed the Aviator, and he explained the process and timeline. It was the best and easiest car purchase/lease experience I’ve ever had. Lee kept us updated as the months passed and helped me extend my current mkc lease. Then once the car arrived, him and Andy took care of everything for me while we were at home so that when we walked in to pick up the car, all I had to do was sign some paperwork. They even gifted us a tasting experience at Michaels in St. Augustine, wine, glasses and a book! Angelo(I think?) the brand rep was also amazing. Very friendly and helpful. A pleasure to work with. Overall I will only get our vehicles from Bozard in the future and will tell all our friends and family to do the same! Thank you all! More
