We have never enjoyed buying a car until we went to Bozard... no pressure just had a blast looking and test driving...Not only did we buy one car but went back 3 months later and bought another..To us there is no another company that even comes close to how everyone treats you there... Ford itself should know this that Bozard can survive without Ford but Ford could never survive without Bozard. Traded up from 2013 Ford F-150 to 2015 Model I was contacted via email by Patrick at Bozard Ford stating that they were looking for models like my truck as trade-ins and encouraging me to come in I was contacted via email by Patrick at Bozard Ford stating that they were looking for models like my truck as trade-ins and encouraging me to come in and look at the 2015 models. I was very happy with the 2013 F-150 I purchased from Bozard in August 2013, but my wife encouraged me to at least go in and look, so we did. When we arrived at Bozard Patrick had just left for lunch, but Frank started helping us. I was very clear up front that I was happy with my existing truck and not desperate to make a trade. I also made it clear that I needed a truck with at least the features of my existing truck, which by the way was a loaded Lariat with a long bed. Frank suggested we take a ride in a 2015 F-150 SuperCrew Cab King Ranch even though it was not a long bed, just so I could get a feel for the improvements in the new models. Let me say it was an awesome truck, but I really wanted that SuperCrew Cab with the long bed since that was the type of truck I already had. We returned from the test drive and Patrick was back from lunch, so he started helping us. Turns out there was one SuperCrew Cab long bed F-150 on the lot that met my requirements and it was also a King Ranch. Patrick suggested we take it for a test drive. Let me say that I have bought many vehicles in my life and this was the first time I was allowed to test drive two of different vehicles on the same visit, which in my mind shows just how dedicated Bozard was to keeping my business. We took the 2015 F-150 SuperCrew Cab King Ranch with the long bed out for a drive and I was impressed. So was my wife, especially when she found out that the front seats had a massage feature. However, the sticker price made us doubtful that we could strike a deal. Keep in mind that I was more than happy to take my old truck home, if you can consider a 2013 with 22,500 miles old. We went through a few rounds of your usual back and forth offers when I finally told Patrick that I just did not think it would work out...and my wife agreed despite the fact she really loved those massaging seats. I told Patrick that if they got in a lower priced Lariat with the features I needed to give me a call, but I thought the King Ranch was going to be out of my price range. We thought Patrick had gone to get our keys for my old truck, but when he returned Bozard had agreed to my terms for making a trade and suddenly much to our shock, I was on my way to owning a new truck that was actually a step up from my old truck. We worked with A.J. in finance, who by the way has the type of sense of humor that both my wife and I appreciate, and signed all of the paperwork. I arrived on Tuesday afternoon thinking that I would be just looking at new trucks and drove away a few hours later with a new 2015 F-150 King Ranch fully loaded. When I say fully loaded, I truly mean fully loaded, including the full max towing package and all of the latest features. As we drove off the lot my wife said, "This is going to be awesome for pulling a horse trailer someday." Do I recommend Bozard Ford? Yes, without hesitation. This is my second truck purchase from them in 2 years. I have also worked with them to keep my old truck serviced, so I can tell you that you will find great folks to work with in that area as well. Bozard is the place you want to go if you need a truck or car. The selection is large and the folks are great to work with. Ron Wallace More

Stearing Issue I bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado in January of 2015 from Bozard Ford. They were great at the sale, Mr. Ricky Goodwin from start to finish. I drove it f I bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado in January of 2015 from Bozard Ford. They were great at the sale, Mr. Ricky Goodwin from start to finish. I drove it for about a month and was having trouble steering every once in a while. I took it to the Main service center and the asked me to take it to the quick lane service center by enterprise. They told me the ball joints were bad and replaced them upper and lower . After about a day driving it, it tightened up again, they told me it was normal to keep driving as is. Another 2 two weeks went by and it was still having trouble steering . I called again and they said it has to do with the lift on the truck and asked me where I got it... I told them I bought it like that from you guys. I asked my mechanic that works on my business trucks and he said that that was not right. After about a month of driving around like this it finally tightened up where I could not steer at all.I called up to the main service department and ASKED FOR THE MANAGER. I cannot remember his name but he said bring it in( very polite and nice guy)maybe Jeremy) and we will take care of you. I got there and they had Marcia on my issue who provided me with a rental car and one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with anyone regarding any business. She is absolutely Great and someone who makes Bozard #1. She was always informing me of what was going on and fought to make sure everything was taken care of like it should be. They finally replaced the steering shaft and steering rack which was over a 3k job and I paid a $100 deductible. I do believe I should have never been sent to the Quick lane service center with a 3 month old purchase and someone over there should have not let it go on like they did but I am very happy the main service center took care of me and did an outstanding job as to figuring out the issue, keeping me informed, fixing the issue and getting me back in my truck. Thank you for your service and Marcia was amazing give her a raise because she is the reason people like me will come back to Bozard! All in all I am pleased with the service .
