not totally happy I have excellent servcie at the FastLane but this time I needed actual repair and went to regular service dept. They were very nice with providing free loaner for my Lincoln MKS however I was surprised in this day of overnight delivery they could not get my parts in for 3 days. Then while they said car would be ready on Tuesday no one had called me by 4 PM on tuesday and I had to call my self only to be told it was NOT ready. Then on Wed no one had called my by 11 and I had to call again. My service rep Piper was fairly good about texting me however she was not available when I called. Then when it was finally ready I told her I would be there to pick up in an hour and when I got there she was not there and the car was not waiting for me and had Not been washed which it had been when I bring for oil change. Just not as enjoyable an experience like when I take it to FastLane More
