When we arrived, Steven had the vehicle in the front of the dealership with a red bow on top!!! This is the second BMW we have purchased in five months. There are two important points to our review. First, Steve Lee is just OUTSTANDING!! He really does work for his customers' to get a great deal! Bryan Stroes works with his sales people!! The end result-very happy customers! Secondly, Braman Jupiter treats you with much respect. We did not get that at two of the Broward County BMW dealers. The entire staff made sure that we were happy-and we are!!! Jake went above and beyond to ensure the purchase of the new (certified pre-owned) 328 CI Hard Top Convertible went smooth so that when I arrived in Florida, all I had to do was pick up the car!
