Great experience throughout the entire process!!! I had an appointment to pick up a new vehicle in an hour and a half at another place, but was unsettled because I was gonna be paying $80.00 more a mo I had an appointment to pick up a new vehicle in an hour and a half at another place, but was unsettled because I was gonna be paying $80.00 more a month but not getting what I wanted... So I decided to stop at Branhaven Jeep, Dodge (etc.) just to get a comparison/ leverage... The other place was newer, just as clean and had all the amenities (free coffee, chips, etc.) as Branhaven Jeep but the difference was the people!!! The other place just gave me all the options that would benefit them and ignored my wants, needs and requests! Where as Branhaven actually listened to what I wanted, needed and more importantly what I could afford!! They were totally upfront and honest as to what they could and couldn't do!!! From the friendly greeting upon walking in, to the salesman (Eric R.) to the sales manager... (Portuguese guy) to the kind and polite gentleman who walked me through the paper work!! They were all upfront, honest and sincere!!! AND I drove away with a NEW Grand Jeep Cherokee THE SAME DAY and am paying $6 less a month for double the vehicle!!! How you do'n!?!?! Branhaven Jeep, Dodge etc.... You Rock!!!!!! More

Just so frustrating We bought our car from Branhaven and purchased a service plan that included oil changes so that's why we have continued to go back again and again. Every time we schedule our service appointment on the day we drop off they never seem to know why we are there nor that we are expected. This last time we asked that along with our oil change to please check and the brakes which Branhaven had suggested needed to be done. Not only did they not call us back to let us know the car was ready, when we showed up they had not even looked at the brakes. We have one oil change left but we won't be back. More
