He even gave me an estimated delivery date that I would receive the part, and the part was delivered on that day as promised. I appreciate Dave taking the time to make a courtesy call, even though the part was still going to be delivered A FULL WEEK before the estimated date from store.mopar.com. It really says something about the quality of customer service at Branhaven! While I have never done business before with Branhaven, and I haven't traveled through that part of Connecticut in nearly fifteen years, I certainly will keep them in mind in the future for OEM parts... If I find myself in the Branford area and require repairs, I wouldn't hesitate to give them a shot. Great service department! Hate that you have to have an appointment but they do great. I like Joe and the guy that calls you into the garage..
