I told them what car I wanted, and they found it for me. I love my car and have no complaints with the car. The only issue I had was the car was not in when they said it would be. I was told the car would be in on a Tuesday and everything would be done by Thursday. Car was not onsite until Thursday. I got my car on Friday. It seemed like nobody knew what was going on except for two salespeople. I understand things happen, but I was never brought into the loop that my car would be delayed. My salesman was off for the day when I called for an update. I called the dealership to see what was going on with my car nobody onsite knew what was going on my phone call was passed around to different departments. A gentleman from the accessories dept found answers for me. I appreciate that he went and got me answers even though it was not his job to do so and got back to me. I love my purchase and love my car I just wish there was more communication. More

We booked an appointment for an oil change, showed up on time for the appointment. Were told it would take 90 minutes. After 90 minutes, went back and were told the car hadn’t been taken in yet. We got time for the appointment. Were told it would take 90 minutes. After 90 minutes, went back and were told the car hadn’t been taken in yet. We got the car back and left. No apologies given, no reasons, nothing. This was for a prepaid service and I really doubt we will take the car back there. Very disappointing lack of respect for our time and for a customer who bought a car from you. More
