I was in the market for an STI and came across Brewster Subaru. I’ve never seen a dealer operate this way. I wasn’t just another sale. Super professional and respectful! They didn’t try to force anything on me to purchase. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere with lots of jokes and conversations. Friendships were made. Not a single person was rude and everyone was very helpful. I even got a great deal on my trade in. This place really cares about their customers and even went above and beyond for me before I stepped foot in the dealer by providing me as much information as I can including pictures sent to me to see the car as I was actually there. I am definitely going back and I would be the first one to refer anyone who is interested in a Subaru to shop at Brewster Subaru! More

BEST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I knew I wanted a used Subaru so my son and I went to Brewster Subaru. We were greeted by a lovely young lady at the desk and after a very short wait I knew I wanted a used Subaru so my son and I went to Brewster Subaru. We were greeted by a lovely young lady at the desk and after a very short wait (we didn’t have an appointment, my bad) and were connected with Patrick Larson. He was very friendly, attentive and found several possibilities for us to consider. We never felt rushed and took out two cars for a test run. Decided on a 2017 Legacy and it was perfect, almost like new!! When we went to pick it up, we dealt with two gentlemen, Anthony Pilla and Rich Johnson to learn about the car’s workings and to finalize the paperwork. Such a fun and easy process! Really nice people and I look forward to meeting the folks in the Service department! Thanks everyone!! More
