Not only was his expertise good, but his friendly personality and authenticity made us feel we were dealing with a friend, not a car salesman. This can be the most painful part of a car purchase, but like Mitch, he was non-intimidating, and friendly. When he dealt with my son, whose credit was not the best, he was assuring to him that things would work, and they did! It was like seeing and old friend. We picked up where we left off and I Bought another new Legacy from her. I left there feeling as though I have a friend in the car business! She patiently went thru t This was the second time I purchased a car from Brewster Subaru and with Robyn Rey as the salesperson..Robyn is Awesome. She patiently went thru the process of buying a new car and trading i my old Outback. She made everything so easy and I feel gave me a very good deal on both the trade in and new Forester. Never did I feel pressured. Upon delivery she set up a lot of things for me such as Sirrus radio stations I enjoy and went thru the Navigation process. Robyn was very friendly and put me at ease when I first sat down at her desk and told her I wanted to buy a Forrester. I had very much the same experience 6 yrs ago when I bought the Outback. Robyn goes the extra mile. This was the first car I bought alone in 50 years so I was a bit apprehensive..but Robyn gave me a sense that she had my back. I also have always been satisfied with theur Service Department....courteous and in time service. This is why I gave Robyn Rey 5 stars..she deserves it and if there were 6 stars I would t hesitate to give her that rating More

Awesome experience! I was referred to this dealership by a close friend because they had had a spectacular experience. I had gone to a different dealership out of state a I was referred to this dealership by a close friend because they had had a spectacular experience. I had gone to a different dealership out of state and was not pleased with the service as they were very pushy and did not respect the fact that I was not interested in buying that day. I had an old outback that I wanted to get rid of but still owed on the loan. They were able to give me a great price for the trade in and broke down a payment plan for the lease which was phenomenal. Both Robyn and Rich are amazing, friendly people and very easy to work with. Absolutely loved working with them and would definitely recommend them to someone else as my friend did for me.
