My car has not been working properly since I took it to the service. My car makes noise when turning left and they said they changed the radio but my radio cuts out occasionally and the broadcast is cut of the service. So you could not repair my car in any way and you damaged my working car and I am not happy with you at all. I scheduled a service online. I showed up and was ignored for 15 minutes and then was told to wait in the waiting room. When I finally was acknowledged, I said I wanted the vehi I showed up and was ignored for 15 minutes and then was told to wait in the waiting room. When I finally was acknowledged, I said I wanted the vehicle serviced and the tires rotated. I came back after I was told it was ready and was ignored for another 20 minutes. Finally I got my bill…$275 for a job that should have been half that, and I noticed that they didn’t change the air filter. Since when is the air filter not included in a service? I worked in shops for years and it always was then. The girl was rude and the entire experience was very disappointing. More

I financed a brand new Buick envista. The very next day I left with the car the check engine light came on and now I'm informed with a brand new car there's a leak with the gas. I waited 2 hours to speak with the manager who told me they refuse to change my car after they sold me a brand new defective car and continuously give me the run around Being charged $1000 on my contract is for the dealership inspecting the car when they receive it, but yet I received a defective car is quite deceiving.
