Jason was able make most of the process happen online beforehand in order to minimize the time required for the entire process. I was in Crystal Lake for work and had car trouble. The guys at Brilliance took care of me with customer service that left me shocked. I rolled in, they took my broken car in, had the paperwork done in 5 m guys at Brilliance took care of me with customer service that left me shocked. I rolled in, they took my broken car in, had the paperwork done in 5 minutes, and had me out on the road with a brand new loaner car from the lot. I was able to work stress free with dependable transportation while they took a look at my car. They got back to me the very next day via text (I couldn't answer phone at work) and had me all taken care of with a detailed report. Reasonable price, repaired vehicle so I was safe on the road again with confidence and without the additional stress and financial burden. I wish I lived local because these guys would be my exclusive sales and service provider. More
