--About two weeks ago after seeing one of this dealer's used cars on AutoTrader (I think), we made an appointment with Sales Associate Keith Johnson to test drive the car that day. Keith was very cordial, used cars on AutoTrader (I think), we made an appointment with Sales Associate Keith Johnson to test drive the car that day. Keith was very cordial, and we had an unhurried test drive by ourselves without a talkative/distracting salesman along for the ride. Upon our return we expressed our continued interest in the car and Keith gave us a copy of the full CarFax report and a list of the work the dealership had done to prep the car for sale: oil and filter change, brake fluid and coolant flush as well as new wiper blades, engine air filter, cabin air filter, wiper blades and rear brake pads with computerized alignment. Price? Keith offered the car for only $150 more than we had resolved to pay, so no price-haggling needed! Financing? We worked with Finance Manager Jeremy Cybulski and he got us a favorable interest rate and threw in a deal-sweetener to make the sale. He was also very responsive and accomodating to our follow-up questions in the days following the sale. --All in all, this was the most painless car buying experience we have ever had and we will certainly visit this dealership the next time I'm looking for a car!
