Charles Russell met us in the parking lot and immediately made us felt as ease with his personable and friendly approach to my wife and me. We never felt any pressure with our desire to purchase a new vehicle. He answered all our questions and rode with us while we tested several different vehicles. We ended up buying a new 2021 Kia Sorento SX. Charles took care of all the steps to make our purchase a success. We highly recommend Charles if you need a caring and professional sales person. Bethany Stanton also worked with us on the financial end of completing our purchase and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Andy Wingo did a great job with wrapping up the entire process with signing all the papers in the finance department. This is our second purchase from Bulldog Kia and the entire team there are all very friendly and competent. Greg was awesome. We went to upgrade our 2020 Telluride S to a 2021 SX and he made it happen exactly how we wanted it to. We told the team that we were perfectly happy with the 2020 that we had purchased S to a 2021 SX and he made it happen exactly how we wanted it to. We told the team that we were perfectly happy with the 2020 that we had purchased from them a couple of years ago so we didn't HAVE to buy anything. I spoke with Greg at 9 am that morning, we made an appointment for 5PM that day and by 630 we were leaving the lot with a brand new 2021 Telluride SX. I cannot say enough about Greg and the entire team at Bulldog Kia. More
