My husband and I were very impressed with his customer service interaction and his attentiveness to detail. He was not pushy and listened to all of our needs. We have dealt with another Kia dealership in the past but Bulldog Kia is the best one because the sales department cares and does not drag you along. They find the rebates and every avenue possible for you to get what you want. Mike even went to another dealership to get the color we wanted and delivered our new 2020 Sorento to us at our home. This is the third vehicle my husband and I bought from this dealership, but it almost wasn't. I made the mistake of going to a different dealership where I had an anxiety ridden experience. Fortunately, o this dealership, but it almost wasn't. I made the mistake of going to a different dealership where I had an anxiety ridden experience. Fortunately, on the way to that dealership to deliver my down payment, I passed Bulldog Kia and thought I might get some honest advice from them, since I was feeling so anxious about the deal I'd made. I was right. Thanks to James and Jason I figured a way out of the bad situation I'd gotten into at that other dealership, and into a new car that my husband had been eyeing for months. The best part was that I was able to go from a 2 year old high mileage used vehicle to a new Forte GT with 11 miles for less down and the same monthly payments. Funny thing was, when we were driving to that other dealership I commented to my husband that I felt wrong for not going to Kia, that after 3 spectra 5's and 1 Forte I felt I was cheating on them. I should have trusted my instincts to begin with, but thanks to James and Jason, it worked out in the end. I would also like to mention that James treated me like a real friend. He went above and beyond what he needed to do for us, all the while doing what he could do to make me happy, and celebrating with me in the end. I'll never go anywhere else again. They have my business for life. More
