Best Dealership All Around I bought my Sorento in May from Bulldog Kia, which was a great experience in itself, and ever since then I have had the pleasure of having it serviced I bought my Sorento in May from Bulldog Kia, which was a great experience in itself, and ever since then I have had the pleasure of having it serviced there as well. All of the employees do a great job of making sure customers are happy and comfortable while they wait for their car to be finished. This time, I had my 8 month old son with me, and was nervous about bringing him, but we were made to feel right at home. Multiple people helped keep my baby entertained, and my vehicle was serviced in a decent timely manner. We love Bulldog Kia! More

Most Kid Friendly Dealership!! I had my car serviced on Saturday and my 4 year old tagged along. We were there for right around an hour, and in that time he had made so many new fri I had my car serviced on Saturday and my 4 year old tagged along. We were there for right around an hour, and in that time he had made so many new friends! The service employees gave him suckers during our visit, and one of the James let him pick any color balloon and gave it to him! He even made the string long enough so if it was released to the ceiling, it would be reachable- most people don't think about the little things like this!! Joe offered him some of their freshly made popcorn also. My son has asked to always go with me to take our car to the doctor! More

This was my second trip to get my Kia Soul serviced for routine maintenance. Both times the service department met me at my car with huge smiles, ready to help. Everyone always provides top notch customer routine maintenance. Both times the service department met me at my car with huge smiles, ready to help. Everyone always provides top notch customer service and a high level of professionalism when I come in. The lobby has refreshments, popcorn, and is always sparkling clean.
