Questionable Assessment Was taken in promptly. Requested tech to look at A/C, was told that it would cost me $1000 out of pocket because body shop “missed” it during assessm Was taken in promptly. Requested tech to look at A/C, was told that it would cost me $1000 out of pocket because body shop “missed” it during assessment after accident. The tech, upon learning that Byers Body Shop did the repair, “found” a wire harness that was unplugged. Doesn’t give me much confidence for a fair assessment from either your body shop or your technicians. More
