With gas prices going up, I decided to upgrade my 2020 Highlander LE to 2022 Highlander Hybrid XLE or new Bronze Edition. I worked with Sales Specialist Troy Snyder on the details/specifications and he was able to order the car I wanted. Unforturnately the car shipped for me was missing key requirement.
