The staff were amazing. I was a bit put off by the “bait and switch” advertising on the web. I understand that the vehicle pictured had the rocky mount package, but that pac I was a bit put off by the “bait and switch” advertising on the web. I understand that the vehicle pictured had the rocky mount package, but that package was listed on the website description of this vehicle. The price listed was $40,000 less than the actual price of the vehicle. Had the sales team not been so understanding and accommodating I would have gone elsewhere. They dis a great job helping me locate a vehicle that met my needs. I do suggest that the company cease using a “bait and switch” method of advertising. It is not beneficial. More

We were greeted by Mr. Swoll at time of our appointment. He was Very courteous and polite. After being informed the recall was more time consuming, we asked for assistance Swoll at time of our appointment. He was Very courteous and polite.
