However, we’d like to clarify that in addition to the scheduled oil change and tire rotation, you also requested an A/C check while you were here. That additional diagnostic service did extend the appointment time. The total time for your visit was a little over an hour, not 2½ hours as mentioned. We always aim to provide timely service while also being thorough and making sure your vehicle is well taken care of.
