It took a very long time to get the documents completed and after waiting for 45 minutes we couldn't wait any longer as we needed to go to another appointment. This is the only GM dealer I use. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them. My 18 CTSV, 2020 XT5, 2023 CT5 Blackwing and new 2026 CT5 Blackwing have/will be serviced only with Norwood C We have purchased 3 vehicles from them. My 18 CTSV, 2020 XT5, 2023 CT5 Blackwing and new 2026 CT5 Blackwing have/will be serviced only with Norwood Cadillac. All of my other GM vehicles (Chevrolet, GMC & Buick) are only serviced with Paul. He is the best. More
