We drove into the "USED CAR LOT" because that is what we were looking for--a 2-3 year old Toyota Forerunner with less than 50,000 miles. He did not have any on the lot at the time; we gave him our cell phone--but when we asked him about a new forerunner and the price, he said, "probably around 40--would you like me to drive you over to look at the new forerunners. Never pressured us--not one time! If I owned this company, I would never let this guy go. Then there's Joe Kafaman who we signed papers with (who knew alot about New Mexico)--He was very knowledgeable too in explaining why it doesn't pay to put down $20,000 on a new car! More

We did not have to play the game other car dealers played with running to the back pretending to talk to the manager to get us a "better deal". We had worked out a great deal with them before we left home. When we arrived at the showroom, they were prepared and did not try to talk us into something more expensive that we did not want. I highly recommend this dealership and Alicia Normand and would buy another vehicle from them any time. The deal they made was not a "today only" deal. They understood we might want a day or two to think about the purchase and there was not the high pressure salesmanship or the deal would evaporate. More
