He walked me through everything step by step, explained things in actual human language, and never made me feel dumb for asking the most basic questions. He was patient, kind, and seriously the best. Then I met Chandler, the finance manager, and he was incredible. He made all the scary money stuff make sense and didn’t judge me for asking 500 questions. He was kind, honest, and super easy to understand. And Curry, the used car manager? ICONIC. He made sure the car I picked was perfect and that I felt confident driving off the lot… which is huge, because normally I question every decision I make. Luke Hefner helped sell the car to me and this guy knew his stuff, even getting a guy from the service staff to check out the car and test drive with me. Every person from the team that I interacted with had integrity and genuinely cared about selling me a good car within my price range in the short window of time I had. I cannot recommend Capital Toyota enough, and while I know my car is going to last me a long time, I'd strongly consider going all the way down to Chattanooga just to buy a car from them again. More
