80,000 mile service I took my wife's 2012 Mazda 3 for the 80,000 mile service to Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa, as I have been doing for the past 4 and a half years. As usual, the service was fantastic! Nick Santarsiero went out of his way to accommodate my needs, giving me a great service and a great price. What can I say? Why fix anything that ain't broken. Great dealership I have had a CX-5 for about 2 years on a 39 month lease. I was due for a service appointment but received an email from Matt Shelton that I could poss I have had a CX-5 for about 2 years on a 39 month lease. I was due for a service appointment but received an email from Matt Shelton that I could possibly turn in my old car and get a new one. I went to the dealership primarily for an oil change, but stopped to talk to Matt while we were waiting for the service to be done. I didn't think that I would be able to get a new car with so much time left on my lease. After talking to Matt for a while we figured out that I could get into a new car for only a few dollars more per month than I was paying on my current lease. I left the dealership in my new car that day. I liked my old CX-5, but I like the new one even better. Thanks for your help Matt, I really like the new car! More

Convenient, expeditious, everybody wins A piece of my center console broke this morning, as a result of a speed bump, and me doing something with it at the same time. A freak accident. I drove down to Cardinale Way, and Nick jumped right on it! He didn't make me feel like a number, or blow me off. He got a quick analysis completed, and within a few moments presented me with a quote in which everybody won. I was out the door in less than an hour, enjoying my Mazda6 again. I highly recommend Nick to anybody! He has been my only service advisor since 2011. I utterly refuse to go anywhere else. My wife had a similar experience recently where she needed to hop in suddenly. A short phone call, and a time picked for later that day, and Nick had her rolling out asap as well. Like I said, I just simply and utterly refuse to have anybody else work on my car. More
First car buying experience! My first car buying experience was different than I expected, in a good way. I had done a lot of research about what to expect from a dealership so I My first car buying experience was different than I expected, in a good way. I had done a lot of research about what to expect from a dealership so I was a little hesitant. However, Corrie made the process pain free. She was very knowledgable and honest. I currently live in Peoria and that dealership was located in Mesa. She was kind enough to drive the car all the way to my house so I didn't have to drive all the way over to Mesa just to look at the car I was interested in. When I decided I wanted that car, she worked really hard to get my monthly payment within my budget range. The next day I went to the dealership, signed the paperwork and drove away with my 2016 Mazda3. All of which took only 2 hours. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back when I want a newer model Mazda. Corrie is amazing and I hope she is still there when decide to get a different car! More
No resolution with their mistakes I love my car but this company is horrible. I have been dealing with mistake after mistake with this company and no one seems to care or try to make i I love my car but this company is horrible. I have been dealing with mistake after mistake with this company and no one seems to care or try to make it right. First they had a sign a contract with the wrong vin number so we had to drive back out to fix that. Then they kept loosing my fathers information who was a co-signer on the car we traded in. Then they sent him the paper work with him last name wrong and it turned out they sold the Sebring we traded in before the title was even signed over. Then it turned out they forgot to get my signature for that title. Now it turns out they were supposed to transfer the plates from the Sebring onto the Mazda and they did not so I have no plates because they told me I would be getting new ones in the mail. Which the DMV just informed me that they messed that up too. During all my conversations with them just just continued to make us feel bad that they needed the paperwork but no one bothered to try to make it right for us. We signed for this car over 2 months ago and problems with their paperwork just keep arising. I love the Mazda CX-5 hands down but dont buy it from Cardinale Way More
