Could not be happier. My wife and I stopped in to pick up our 2014 Mazda from an oil change service and Brian greeted us in the parking lot by saying "Hello Kristine". We were surprised because we did not have an appointment with him and wondered how he knew my wife's name. As it turned out, he was expecting another new customer by the same name. We had not intended on buying another car until mid 2017 but after talking with Brian and seeing the 2016 CX5, we were immediately sold on the vehicles features and price. This is our third Mazda and we love all of them. More

I dealt with Brett (salesperson) and James (manager) during the purchase of my CPO Mazda. I flew in from out of state based on Brett's description of the car. Brett even picked me up from the airport. Well, unfortunately, the car was not at all like how it was described. James was very smug and dismissive of my feelings and complaint of being misled. I ended up with the car, it was a good deal. But no matter how great of a deal I got, this stealership stole my time, those were hours of my life I wish I could get back. Bonus negative points go to the finance manager who wasted both of our time trying to sell me their extended warrranty/service package. And after I told him no, he insinuated that I was making a mistake. Sigh. More

As a result of his hard work, that was not overbearing at all, my wife and I were pleased to reward his efforts by choosing him to be a our sales rep when we leased a new Mazda6, and bought the first CX-9 Signature to hit the Cardinale Way lot---both on back-to-back days. He worked hard for us on our trade-ins, and gave me pointers on how to free up some extra cash each month, including finding a cheaper insurance rate. He goes above and beyond. I recommend him to anyone. More
