Top Notch Dealership - Steve Ross is Awesome I bought my Mazda back in 2012 with around 26k miles. I've had nothing but exceptional service from these guys since. Whenever I go in for oil changes I bought my Mazda back in 2012 with around 26k miles. I've had nothing but exceptional service from these guys since. Whenever I go in for oil changes or to address other car issues I work with Steve Ross and he takes care of me like I was his son :) What I really like is that Steve has road mapped my car. What I mean by this is that each time I come in they take a look at not only what the car is being serviced for but will also look over the car for any other signs of leaks, wear, or anything unusual that I should have brought to my attention. It's this kind of attention to detail that gives me comfort knowing my car will stay in top working condition and get me reliably to wherever I need to go. thanks More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We recently purchased a car from this establishment, it is my fourth car purchase from a dealership. The first sells man to attend us was disintereste We recently purchased a car from this establishment, it is my fourth car purchase from a dealership. The first sells man to attend us was disinterested and was annoyed when we asked to test drive a car. He switched us to the only positive individual we had interactions with. When we decided on a car and financing and it was agreed on we thought we were done. That is how it has been in every other deal, wait a little, gets some papers signed and you are out. NOPE! We have been back 5 times with just one more thing. After the third time we asked if we could just give the car back, they promised we were almost done. We persisted and we're told we could. After waiting for a half hour they brought in the big guns who threatened us to stay in the deal, when we just asked if we could get out! He said he would hold us accountable for all the money and not provide any financing and take the car back as a repo so it would destroy our credit! Both the reps were so angry they were red in the face. We obviously stayed in the deal with the promise it would be the last thing...not the case. They found some signiture that didn't match the other ones and are requiring we get that form noterized. Of course the signitures was different, that was the fourth time we were asked to come back and sign something! If you want your Christmas ruined and little orphans to go hungry and puppies to die then I am sure you will enjoy your experience with this dealership. More

We went to see Brian and, considering it was a big, surprise expense for us it was a great experience. We were referred to Brian by my dad (who has purchased one car from Brian) and my sister (who has purchased 3 cars from Brian - don't ride in the car with her!). We told him we were coming and what we were looking for and he had the cars ready for us to test-drive and he streamlined the entire process for us. Brian is awesome. We needed as good a deal as we could get and he was great to work with and got us an amazing car. He is the ONLY person I will go to from now on and would recommend him to anyone that is buying a car. He treats you like he would if you were family buying a car from him. We were only there a few hours from walking in the front door to leaving with our car. It was awesome. Wayne was the finance guy and he was great to work with as well and he had everything ready for us as well to make the signing process quick and easy. Overall it was a great experience and we had EXCELLENT service. Go see Brian. More

Only dealership I'd consider Been dealing with CardinaleWay Mazda for just over 10 years. There is no other dealership in the valley that I'd go to. From Al Lanz and his Sales t Been dealing with CardinaleWay Mazda for just over 10 years. There is no other dealership in the valley that I'd go to. From Al Lanz and his Sales team to Jerry Morgan and his Parts and Service staff, they all treat you like family. You can tell that customer service is a key part of their business. I was sick the morning that I was supposed to bring in my car, and Nic My experience with Nick and the service center was amazing was start to finish. I was sick the morning that I was supposed to bring in my car, and Nick was very understanding, and even made me feel better when I finally was able to come in later that day. Then, when he needed to keep my car for a part recall, he arranged all of the details and the rental car. It was completely stress-free even when I was feeling sick and run-down.
