We took my Mazda in for an inspection/possible repair on the air conditioning unit. After a couple hours of thorough inspection, Steve was unable to find anything wrong the air, it's simply just how my car is manufactured. He felt terrible that we drove all the way from Maricopa (an hour's drive) only to leave empty-handed, so to speak. The motor in my window happened to go out a few months ago and Steve told us he would be happy to repair it for free for our time and money (gas) spent traveling. Steve is simply the best. He's friendly and thorough, and its obvious he takes his job seriously. He remembers my husband simply as "the kid with the Speed 3" and has always been willing to help us with any car repairs that have come up. As a teacher with a young and growing family, I cannot express how much I appreciate his willingness to help us out whenever he can. I would recommend Steve as a professional to anyone, especially Mazda drivers! More

I was pissed and they turned it around I had been looking for a new car for about 3 months. I knew exactly what I wanted and had no desire to change my mind. When I called and Spoke with Do I had been looking for a new car for about 3 months. I knew exactly what I wanted and had no desire to change my mind. When I called and Spoke with Donnie, I laid everything out for him (like I did with other dealerships). I said I had already wasted time at a dealership that day, I wanted a Mazda 6, I wanted a certain interest rate, specific payment, specific fun stuff for inside my car, and I needed to trade my 2008 in for a reasonable cost. I told him my credit had already been ran 1,000 times and I just didn't feel like losing more hours from my day. He directed my to apply online and within two hours got me exactly what I wanted and a better interest rate than I anticipated. I was busy that day so I couldn't come in that evening. There was no pressure at all, no sleazy tactics, and I felt comfortable with my decision. The next day I was running a little late and Will called me, not to pressure me but to make sure that my new car was cool before I arrived. I was greeted promptly when I got there and they made my daughter feel super special. I've rambled on enough, but Overall they were a pleasure to work with. I 100% recommend them and I'm pleased to say I bought a car from them. More
