No pressure Dealership The dealership was easy to work with and our sales rep, Dylan was knowledgable and very helpful and did not pressure us in the least. We were not able to negotiate a price lower than the sticker, which was a disappointment, but the price as fair. We had a battery issue with the used car we bought, but Gary in Service took care of us without a problem and was very enjoyable to work with. Our only complaint is that they tried to sell us an expensive warranty program... which we refused... and a ridiculously expensive "Key replacement" insurance. The financial rep made wild claims that a replacement key for our car would cost us about $900 and since only 1 key was provided with the car she highly recommended that we buy key insurance for $595. This "insurance' would provide us with 2 keys, ONLY if our key stopped working or if we lost our key. We refused this "insurance" and went to Arizona Key Guys-Premier Mobile Locksmiths (602-492-5397) who charged $100 for a Lexus smart key and $120 to program - or $220 for 1 key, $320 for 2 keys. We chose to purchase an actual key for $220 rather than $595 for an expensive insurance policy. We felt that the company either misrepresented the value of this key insurance policy, or did not have their facts straight. All in all, it was a good experience and we would definitely recommend the dealership. More

The Surprise Sale We were referred to the dealership because Firestone, who had done an oil change on our 2012 mazda5, told us the coolent collection cup was leaking, a We were referred to the dealership because Firestone, who had done an oil change on our 2012 mazda5, told us the coolent collection cup was leaking, and the repair should have been under warranty. Nick did a great job explaining this to us. Turned out they had ben overfilling the bowl, and the pressure in the radiator system was just blowing out the excess. While we were there we met Brian, who showed us a new mazda 5 touring vehicle. It was brand new, had many safety upgrades, and the dealership offered us an opportunity to purchase it at about the same payment we have now (about a 10% increase). We love the mazda 5, are loyal mazda owners, and were very happy to get an opportunity to own the a newer, even better, version of the car we currently owned. Brian was amazing. He really did a good job. He made deal happen. Could not be more pleased...... More

From my initial point of contact to schedule my appointment through delivery of the service, the experience was exceptional. Polite, courteous and informative are the three best words to describe Nick's exceptional assistance. He was prepared upon my arrival, took his time to outline what was covered, listened to my additional comments and concerns and addressed them efficiently.
