Fantastic experience in a difficult time for both buyers and sellers. I had called this dealership after trying a few others (Mesa is not the closest to my home), and they had clear answers, high professio and sellers. I was looking at multiple options (a couple different new cars, and used car options) and this team made the comparisons very clear. They acquired the car I wanted from another dealer in just a few hours after I expressed that choice, and even beat the first dealer on price. Darlene is fantastic! She not only got back to me immediately following my inquiry, but went out of the way to make a really helpful video for me showing some of the key features of the car(s) of interest. On the management side, Mike (sales), Sergio (sales), and Chris (finance) were also completely helpful, professional, and courteous - even showing flexibility on price elements, which other area Mazda dealers did not reflect. The transaction process was also streamlined and clear. Coming back to Darlene - even AFTER the sale, she has followed up with several useful informational videos on aspects of our new car that we might not have understood. After several days with our new Miata RF, we're 100% happy - in large part because of Darlene and the management team behind her. More
