Getting the Run Around We purchased a used vehicle on 12/7/19, the vehicle needed a new radio which was ordered and would be installed Monday or Tuesday this week and the ca We purchased a used vehicle on 12/7/19, the vehicle needed a new radio which was ordered and would be installed Monday or Tuesday this week and the car would be delivered due to our home which is 2.5 hours away. Well it is now Friday and we still do not have the car and now the radio will not be at the dealership until Mon or Tue next week. Chris the manager spoke to my husband and offered no solutions but did let my husband know we still had time if we wanted to back out of the deal!!!! What? Are you kidding me so basically Chris just told us they don't need our business or feel it is necessary to make the situation okay. Would not recommend this dealer. We worked with Zach and Donnie who were nice and professional. Not sure who Chris is but maybe he should not be dealing with customers. Update as of 12/17, we received the car tonight. Kuddos to the gentlemen working in service who brought the car, very professional and polite. In my first review I had given Zach praise For being professional however after today and a conversation with him my view on that has now changed he was extremely snarky, rude and condescending on the phone. He was not very happy with my review on here. Bottom line is We are happy to have the car but our experience after we left the dealership without the car due to a repair that was needed, our experience has been poor to say the least and I would not recommend or buy from this dealer again given the other options in the area. More

Good experience! I met Darlene in 2016. I couldn't figure out how to upgrade my Mazda 3 GPS map. There was no sale of anything involved yet she spent over an hour sho I met Darlene in 2016. I couldn't figure out how to upgrade my Mazda 3 GPS map. There was no sale of anything involved yet she spent over an hour showing me the correct web site, where the SD card was located in my car and how to upload. Because of that experience, we just bought our CX3 from her and it was an equally perfect transaction. She sync'd up our phones, showed us all the bells and whistles, took us for 2 test drives - perfect. We'd had a poor experience when we bought our CX5 (trading in the Mazda 6 and NOT with Darlene) so we told her we had only 2 1/2 hours to give for the transaction to be complete (previous purchase took 3 agonizing days and multiple trips to the dealership) and she had it all sewn up within 3 hours - close enough for us! THIS TIME, an all around great experience. Sales manager Mike, Wayne (co-worker) and Darlene all made this a pleasant and exciting morning for us. Finance person was another story, but okay. More
